We are seeking a results oriented Customer Service Representative for our real estate investment firm's property management division in the Florida panhandle area
This is a local, full time position.
This person will be involved in the day to day operations that includes
- conducting property tours for prospective tenants
- conversations with prospective tenants about available units for rent
- processing applications
- conversations with existing tenants and coordinating repairs with our maintenance staff and external vendors
- visiting sites to take pictures
- other administrative tasks related to property management
Experience needed:
- Conversationally fluent in Spanish
- Customer service experience
- Experience in identifying, analyzing and solving new problems in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in quickly learning new technology
Compensation:
$36,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience
